1.  Do You Offer a Money Back Guarantee?

Debbi Marquette’s photography stands on its own merits.  Customers are blown away by the quality and beauty.  However, I understand that buying fine art online can be a scary process.  So in order to provide peace of mind, I offer a money back guarantee.

Also, all items must be in original condition.  In addition, you have 7 days to change your mind and request a return and return postage is at your expense.  As well, the order needs to arrive undamaged.  Therefore, I highly suggest insuring the return order.  And your satisfaction is my top priority.

 

2.  Do you ship Worldwide?

Certainly.  Of course shipping within the US is always free.  Please contact me for shipping cost outside of the US.  I will provide shipping costs before you order.

Pictures ship from our partners in the US.  Therefore, International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are also your responsibility.  Most important, you should be aware of any charges you may be liable for prior to making a purchase.

 

3.  If the order is received damaged?  

The shipping partner I use always ships all pictures in custom made packaging.  Also each order is insured for full replacement cost.

Check your order in front of the delivery person if you notice any damage.  Also, you can refuse to accept if damage is noticed.  After that, please contact me so that I can order a replacement.  As well, in order to speed u processing, it is helpful if you can e-mail me pictures of the damage.  You can reach me through the contact link on my website.

 

4.  Can I cancel my order?

As always, I try to provide the fastest turnaround time.  Therefore, production starts shortly after your order is received.  Once production has started it is not possible to cancel your order.  In the event of a change of mind please contact me and if production has not started I will cancel your order.

 

5.  Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

The colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors.

 

6.  Can I order custom sizes or request a custom print?  

Of course!  I will strive to fulfill any request.  However,  minimal cropping may be necessary for some print sizes.  Also if you are searching for a certain subject, please contact me.  I will try to fill your request on upcoming travel trips.

 

7.  Copyright

When you purchase a print from me, you understand that you own a copy of an original photograph taken by me.  At no point do you, or will you, own the copyright of any image.  Also, prints may not be reproduced, copied, or shared electronically.   Prints may also not be used for any commercial purposes without my prior permission.  There may also be additional fees. As well, it is illegal to produce copies of any work which is copyrighted by me.  And I reserve the right to request legal help to enforce any laws due to a breach of copyright.

 

8.  Privacy and Data Collection

Information collected is given to me via email, this website, or other direct contact from you.  I will never sell or rent this information.  Information collected is used solely to process your order.  You may receive future email communication to tell you about specials or new products.   Of course, you may always opt out of these emails by contacting me.  All sensitive information,  such as credit card data, is encrypted and transmitted in a secure format.

 

9.  How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order is made to your specifications and production begins immediately.  My printing company is outstanding and you should receive your order within two weeks within the US, often much sooner.  I cannot always account for shipping times outside the US.  And unfortunately, I cannot account for delays due to customs.
