“White Pass Railway Alaska” is a beautiful scenic landscape photograph of the railroad and Alaskan scenery. This is the White Pass and Yukon Railroad which starts in Skagway, Alaska. Mountains in Alaska have been described with words such as “grand”, “epic”, and “vast”. I will let you judge for yourself.
Built in 1898 during the Klondike gold rush, taking the railroad is a 3000 feet elevation change in 20 miles. You will also see beautiful mountains, glaciers, gorges, waterfalls, tunnels, and trestles.
